Free Ground Shipping

  • Available for the EU region
  • Orders ship in 1–2 business days, unless noted on the product page
  • Delivery takes 2–10 business days, depending on location
  • Shipping hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (GMT+2)
  • Daily shipping cutoff: 12 PM GMT+2(excludes freight)

Free Freight Shipping:

  • Available for large/heavy items shipping to the the EU region
  • EU Remote Areas Freight charges apply—request a quote, or we’ll contact you post-purchase
  • Ships within 1–5 business days, unless noted on the product page
  • Curbside delivery only– requires an adult signature
  • Additional charges apply for reconsignment, liftgate, inside delivery, or limited access

 Freight Delivery Instructions:

  • Delivery is by trucksomeone must be present to sign

Inspect on arrival:

  • If damaged, refuse delivery or write "DAMAGED" on the receipt
  • If items are missing, write "SHORTAGE" on the receipt
  • Take photos of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL)
  • Report issues within 1 business day with photos

Expedited Shipping (Paid):

  • Available on select items
  • Orders ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS
  • Orders placed by 12 PM (GMT+2)ship same day; otherwise, next business day
  • Weekday shipping only; non-refundable if returned
  • Carrier delays may occur—delivery times are not guaranteed
