- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
How to Request a Return:

Damaged or Defective Items:

Email or text photos of all four sides of the box and the damaged item to: info@ventoxhvac.com
- Let us know if you want a refund or replacement — we’ll take care of it
Damaged or Defective Freight Deliveries:

Refuse delivery if damaged — we’ll reship right away
- If accepted, note “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” on the BOL, sign, and take a photo
- Email info@ventoxhvac.com with photos and details —we'll take care of it
Non-Returnable Items:

“New open box” or refurbished items
- Pool chemicals
- Opened electronics, automation systems, controls, or remotes
- Above ground pools
- UV Bulbs
- Additional exclusions may be listed on product pages
Refused or Undeliverable Orders:

25% restocking fee will apply to all refused or undeliverable shipments
- Round-trip shipping will be deducted from the refund
Return Inspections:

All items must be complete, unused, and in new, sellable condition
- Refunds are issued after the inspection is approved (generally 1-2 weeks)
