Return Policy

Standard Returns:

  • Accepted within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

How to Request a Return:

  • Send an email to XXX.COM and state the reason for the return.
  • Our team will review and respond within 24 hours (usually faster)

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Email or text photos of all four sides of the box and the damaged item to: info@ventoxhvac.com
  • Let us know if you want a refund or replacement — we’ll take care of it

Damaged or Defective Freight Deliveries:

  • Refuse delivery if damaged — we’ll reship right away
  • If accepted, note “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION” on the BOL, sign, and take a photo
  • Email info@ventoxhvac.com with photos and details —we'll take care of it

 Non-Returnable Items:

  • “New open box” or refurbished items
  • Pool chemicals
  • Opened electronics, automation systems, controls, or remotes
  • Above ground pools
  • UV Bulbs
  • Additional exclusions may be listed on product pages

Refused or Undeliverable Orders:

  • 25% restocking fee will apply to all refused or undeliverable shipments
  • Round-trip shipping will be deducted from the refund

Return Inspections:

  • All items must be complete, unused, and in new, sellable condition
  • Refunds are issued after the inspection is approved (generally 1-2 weeks)
