If we aren’t available, drop us an email and we will get back to you within 20-36 hours!

As an e-commerce company, we primarily communicate via email. All order updates will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout, so please make sure to enter a valid email address.

After placing an order, you will receive an email with a link to your order status page. This page updates in real time as your shipment progresses. You may also choose to receive SMS updates.

You will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number.

Due to our electronic processing system, online orders can only be modified or canceled within 30 minutes of being placed. If you need to make changes, please email us immediately—we’ll do our best, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

In-stock items usually ship within 1–2 business days. If you’re on a tight schedule, please contact us before placing your order—we’ll be happy to check available shipping options for you.

If your package has not arrived, don’t worry—most delayed items are delivered within 5–7 days. If it has still not arrived after 5–7 days, please contact us, and we will reship your order at no additional cost.

Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday. Please email us at info@ventoxhvac.com and we will respond within 24 hours (usually sooner).

Sales tax is calculated based on the shipping address. If tax applies to your address and is not exempt, it will be added at checkout.

All orders can be placed through our online checkout platform or by contacting our sales team. We accept all major credit cards, including American Express, Visa, and MasterCard. We also accept PayPal,, checks, and wire transfers.

Your payment method will be charged in full once your order is placed. You may see a pending authorization on your bank statement until the charge is finalized (usually within 1–2 business days).

For longer delivery timelines, we may charge your card in advance to avoid authorization expiry. Please note: pending charges may temporarily hold funds and could result in overdraft fees. Ventox is not responsible for any such fees.

Promo codes and coupons must be applied before checkout.

Please enter your code in the “Discount Code” field on the right-hand side of your cart and click “Apply”. Once successfully applied, you will see your total updated.

Need to return an item? No problem! We understand returns may sometimes be necessary. Please review our full return policy for details.

Once your package is returned, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for funds to appear, depending on your bank or financial institution. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We are now open and have begun shipping. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for your order to ship. Please note that some orders shipped via USPS, FedEx, and UPS may experience delays. If you have not received your order within ten days after it has shipped, please contact us so we can assist in tracking your package.

To guarantee delivery by a specific date, please select the paid expedited shipping option before checkout. Standard orders typically ship within 1-5 business days.

Expedited orders usually ship within one business day.

Please understand that we are processing your order as quickly as possible, and since your order is already being processed, we may not be able to make any changes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate email. Since we ship from multiple warehouses, you may receive multiple packages. We will not charge you additional shipping fees.

If an item purchased from our website arrives damaged in transit, please contact customer service within 5 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
